These Terms of Use govern your use of the COPD Fuel app and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who we are

COPD Fuel is operated by Ingenious Medical Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", "our").

2. Not medical advice

The app provides information and tracking tools for general wellness and COPD self-management. It is not medical advice and does not replace a clinician. If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services.

3. Your account

Eligibility: You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Manage/cancel: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Trials: If offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and may provide additional notice in the app for material changes.
